If you receive goods that you did not order, due to a mistake on our behalf, we will refund you the cost of the missing products you did order. We will need to be notified of any item(s) to be returned within five days of receiving your order.

If however you wish to return goods you have ordered by mistake or in error we will accept returned items as long as the following apply:-

1. The item(s) are in good saleable condition.
2. Item(s) are within a reasonable range of their "sell-by" or "use-by" date.
3. All security seals and packaging are intact.

We can only refund the cost of returned item(s), not the postage costs. We CANNOT accept any returns on Baby Food and Baby Milk.

Refunds will be provided through the payment provider (SagePay or Paypal) you used at the time of checkout. We have no control over payment providers imposing their own exchange rates and have to abide by their timescales with regards to refunds.

Please Note: If your items are returned to us, held/rejected by Customs or you refuse the parcel due to any extra charges, we are unable to offer any refunds for contents or shipping.
